Terms of Service

The service

TrackSignal is an independent monitoring tool for Shopify merchants. The service checks public Shopify storefront HTML for advertising and analytics tags, and can email you when those signals change. A homepage scan cannot prove that checkout or server-side events are firing. Statuses may be detected, not detected, or could not verify.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide an accurate email and keep your password confidential. You may only submit store URLs you are allowed to check. You may not use the service to probe private networks, attack other systems, or bypass rate limits. We block localhost and private addresses.

Plans and billing

The free audit does not include automatic monitoring. Trial and Pro plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy. Plan status in this app updates only after Lemon Squeezy sends a verified webhook. Refunds and tax invoices are handled by Lemon Squeezy according to their buyer terms.

No affiliation

TrackSignal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. This product is also not affiliated with Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo, or Lemon Squeezy. Those names are used only to describe interoperable public tags.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted monitoring or complete detection of every tag or event. Do not rely on a scan as legal, advertising, or tax advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost ad spend, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from missed or incorrect detections. Our aggregate liability for the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
