The service
TrackSignal is an independent profit intelligence platform for Shopify brands. The service connects Shopify and Google Ads, applies cost assumptions you provide, and presents profitability metrics such as Net Profit, Profit Margin, True ROAS, and campaign profitability. Connections are used for read-only analytics. TrackSignal does not create, pause, edit, or optimize your advertising campaigns.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide an accurate email. If you use a password, keep it confidential. You may also sign in with Google. You may only connect stores and ad accounts you are authorized to access. You may not use the service to attack other systems or bypass rate limits.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, the merchant of record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Plan status in this app updates after Paddle confirms the purchase or subscription. TrackSignal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc., Google LLC, or Paddle.com. Those names are used only to describe supported integrations or the payment processor.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. Profitability figures depend on the completeness of connected data and the accuracy of cost assumptions you enter. Metrics are decision-support tools, not accounting or tax advice. Do not rely on TrackSignal as your only financial system of record.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, incorrect profitability estimates, or indirect damages arising from missed or incorrect alerts. Our aggregate liability for the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
