Refund Policy

Merchant of record

TrackSignal Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment, collects applicable sales tax, issues receipts and tax invoices, and handles refunds and chargebacks. Your bank or card statement may show Lemon Squeezy rather than TrackSignal.

Trial and subscription

Pro includes a 14-day monitoring trial, then $29 per month until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Unused time in a billing period is not refunded.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email support@gettracksignal.com from the address on your account. Include the store domain and, if you have it, the Lemon Squeezy receipt or order number. Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal if you want to avoid the next charge.

We will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are decided case by case under Lemon Squeezy buyer terms and may be refused if there is fraud, abuse, or chargeback misuse. Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.

Tax

VAT, GST, and other sales taxes are calculated at checkout by Lemon Squeezy for your location. Tax invoices come from Lemon Squeezy. Business tax-ID refunds, where allowed, must be requested from Lemon Squeezy within 60 days of the charge.
