Free storefront audit
Shopify Tracking Checker
Scan a public Shopify storefront for advertising and analytics tags. This reads homepage HTML only — it cannot prove checkout events are firing.
Same scanner as the free audit. After the result, you can start daily monitoring. See a sample report
FAQ
- What does this checker look at?
- The public homepage HTML and scripts. It looks for Shopify signals, pixel snippets, analytics IDs, and event names such as PageView or Purchase.
- Do I need to install a Shopify app?
- No. Paste a store URL. The first scan is anonymous and does not use the Shopify Admin API.
- Why is an event marked Could not verify?
- Many stores load AddToCart or Purchase only after a click or on the thank-you page. If the event is not in the homepage source, we report unknown instead of saying it is broken.
- Can I monitor tracking after this check?
- Yes. Start a trial for a daily scan and an email if pixels, IDs, or conversion signals in the storefront source change.
Monitor this store
A one-time check cannot tell you when a theme, app, or script change drops a pixel. Daily monitoring alerts you when storefront tracking signals change.
